Okay, this is a whole throwback manga wise, but I just realized smth and wanted someone else’s opinion on it. When Levi had to choose between giving the serum to Erwin or Armin, he gave it to Armin and reasoned it with finally letting Erwin be at peace after forcing him to become the devil. I thought that made sense, and still kinda do, but then there’s Erwin’s dream. Before the suicide charge, Erwin told Levi that all he wanted to do was visit the basement. (1/2)

Hi Lost! I was thinking about those couple of panels where Levi asked Erwin what he would do if his dream comes true. Erwin answered that he doesn’t know. If Erwin had survived and decided to leave the SC to live a calmer life somewhere, what would Levi have done? Do you think that he asked that because he simply wanted to know or because he wanted to follow him? (so leave the SC etc.).
