This has been bothering me since I learned Hux’s father created the stormtrooper program (and possibly whatever training cadets for the First Order must go through). Is it possible that Hux and the other people from his generation are just essentially brainwashed by the remanents of the Empire? Like how do we not know if his dad tried his techniques to create the perfect loyal soldier on him too? Doesn’t excuse his actions but it makes me think: what would happen if Hux breaks?
