My own headcanon is that while Hux has been given immunizations to the worst diseases, he’s lived on spaceships most of his life, and every time he goes planetside, he gets terrible environmental allergies, since his immune system has no idea WTF pollen is. He gets terrible fucking migraines from it, and Kylo knows just where to work his fingers into the base of Hux’s neck to help (and maybe a lot of the time ends up with Hux in his lap, while he keeps the pain away)
